All Futures for Children foster carers are allocated a qualified social worker
to support them in all aspects of their fostering career. Many of our social
workers have worked in Social Services Departments and understand the
associated pressures. This experience assists them in maintaining close links
with the local authority of any child placed, ensuring the best possible
outcomes for the looked after child.
Our comprehensive on call service means that social workers are available 24
hours a day, every day of the year to support our carers and young people and
to respond to placement requests.
